I deal with the technicalities of design, such as; trends, shades, tints, saturation, white space, widths, typography, alignment, lighting, graphic sourcing and development. I have knowledge that I will share with you so that you can make educated decisions about the design direction you want to take, but ultimately, the heart of the design comes from you and your story.
Graphics for Web and Print
Depending on the scope of what you are looking for, I can offer various levels of customization. From implementing a simple logo and color scheme to a full blown exploratory process with numerous unique concepts and custom graphics, my goal is to create a design that clearly conveys your message and connects on a personal level.
Sometimes you have a specific idea in mind, sometimes you want help coming up with ideas to most accurately represent your brand. From clean to complex, developing a logo is always an adventure I enjoy.
It can be helpful to have matching stationary, brochures, ads and other print materials designed by the same person, to keep your brand consistent, and I am happy to provide these for you as well. I have experience working with various printers and am happy to work within their specs. If needed, I can recommended a printer in your area.
Part of what I love about my job is the opportunity to meet and work with many different kinds and sizes of businesses.
I believe that a new world of business is now being built on mutual trust, respect and authentic relationships.
I have been a graphic designer for about 10 years. I am inspired by the different aspects of the business. I like to work with people long term as technologies evolve as well as their business and their needs change.
Starting off in my early teens as an singer-song writer, I was very fortunate that various kind and wonderful people volunteered to represent me via posters, websites, production, design etc. One of the gifts from this experience was a great understanding of what it means to trust someone else to use tools that you don’t know how to use yourself in order to represent something that you care about to the world. I find that I draw on this part of myself every time I start a design project to guide me to help people achieve their own visions without letting my own ego and agenda get in the way.
